Usability Testing
The goal of these studies were to improve the user experience for dorianTV, the IPTV discovery engine. In the first test, a cognitive walkthrough and design critique was conducted in order to improve the feature set, the basic layout of the interface, and user-system interactions of dorianTV. In the second test, a formal user testing session was conducted in order to discover usability issues associated with information architecture, navigation, and visual layout of the website’s user interface.
